Welcome to 2023 and a new year of CSRA Seniors Golf. I’m Mike Balnaves, the new President, and along with our new leadership team of Jim Arbaugh, Joel Patrick, and Bob Weaver, we are working to grow membership and tournament participation, add new venues, avoid conflicts with other organizations, and increase the enjoyment of play in our events.
Our 1st tournament of 2023 is February 13 at Woodside, where we will implement a return of choose your own foursome play. The registration form for that event and new/returning member forms are available on the CSRA website. Please download, complete, and mail in your forms to the new Graniteville PO Box. You need to select your 2023 playing tees and update us with any changes in email or other contact information and confirm your GHIN number. The complete 2023 schedule is now available in the CSRA website. Let your playing partners know about the CSRA Seniors and invite them to join in the fun and competition. We’ve kept the membership costs and tournament costs the same as 2022 and we are adding repeat events at some of the more popular courses. Mike Balnaves |
